VAL DI SOLE IN SUMMER
In summer the Val di Sole offers a really wide range of activities!
Mountain excursions are doubtlessly the most recommended, given the thick network of paths characterising the valley. There are easy walks as well as paths that can take you up to the peaks almost 3500 metres high.
Rafting on the Noce river is another entertaining sport available that suits the whole family. In a dinghy, you can travel along the valley’s major river for about 10 km.
There is a cycle path 35 km in length that stretches from the village of Cogolo to the Mostizzolo bridge. It ensures an extremely pleasant cycling afternoon for the entire family since it can be ridden downhill and there is a train available for the return trip.
There are also e-bike tours available, that grant the privilege of a view over the valley using an eco-friendly means of transport that doesn’t require too much effort. Another option is downhill for the most reckless: there are two bike parks and lots of trails to experience our woods at full speed!
You can also practice Nordic walking if you wish to experience physical and mental well-being during your holiday.
